Who we are
This website is operated by HEBTECH Cyber Securities Services (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62099UP2024OPC198886), with its registered office in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, India. For anything about this notice or your personal data, email support@hebtech.in.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, organisation, email address, the service you are interested in, any scope details you choose to give, and your message. We also record the IP address the form was sent from and the time it was sent.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes data such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this website does not set cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To protect the enquiry form from spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many enquiries can be sent from one IP address.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add enquiries to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database in our Cloudflare account, and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. Both providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India. We share personal data with others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Email support@hebtech.in and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
